The property is located on 40 acres, and has two large houses and two cabins, sleeping 29 people.  With eight bedrooms, two full kitchens, a large dining room, and a gathering room for up to 50 people, Yokayo Ranch is ready to host your group or party.  Each house is tastefully decorated while providing all the amenities of modern life. The houses are surrounded by beautifully maintained lawns, covered patios, a saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen/bar.  Other perks-- central heat, air conditioning, and large windows that make you feel like you're in a treehouse.  Everything is set up to make hosting friends and family a convenient and relaxing experience.

Main House

The largest of the houses on premise, the Main House can sleep up to 8-10 guests comfortably and has all of the amenities including a large living room with a fireplace.

Bunk House

Have some folks that are looking to bunk up with others and share a room?  Our Bunk House is the perfect place and can sleep up to 13-15 guests.

Pool Cabins

Stay close to the action in our luxurious pool cabins.  You won't miss out on any of the events being so close to it all! 2 guests per each cabin.

Lodging Rates

Prices below include exclusive use of the entire ranch (Main House, Bunk House, and both Pool Cabins) and will sleep 29 people depending on the configuration. There will be a $1000 refundable damage deposit for all lodging included in your total.  If you are interested in renting just one of the houses or cabins, please contact us directly for rates. There will be an additonal charge for heating the pool.

Camp Yokayo
Practical Camping In Style

Camp Yokayo where luxury and comfort meet nature. Experience nature in the comfort of our luxurious tents with all the amenities you need to relax and feel at one with the surroundings.  Our camping area is tucked under the trees with ample shade in the summer months. Our campers will be cozy in luxury bedding and are equipped with bedside tables, lights, coffee kits, and a bathroom kit including towels. Our canvas tents are 16ft x 16ft x 9ft.  Our campers will have the luxury of connecting with nature while having modern comforts.

Monday-Sunday

$500/3 Nights

Tent rentals are a flat rate of  $500 for 1-3 nights of stay. 2 adults per tent.

Tent Details

  • Each tent is 16′ feet in diameter and stands 9.5′ tall at the center. T

  • The tents are constructed with a fully attached waterproof vinyl groundsheet and a water-resistant canvas upper.

  • Ventilation comes from a fully closable front screen door as well as 4 closable sidewall screen windows and 3 screened vents at the apex.

  • Each tent is constructed to meet or exceed NFPA 101 and CPAI 84 standards for flame resistance.

  • The tents are water-resistant.
