Whats Included
Host your wedding on our ranch

At Yokayo Ranch we believe in authenticity. We love working with couples to create an event that represents who they truly are. Included in your event fee and wedding package is an experienced day of wedding coordinator and an assistant. In addition to your day of services you will have six pre-planning hours with your coordinator and a site visit. This ensures your day goes smoothly and as planned. During the planning process we will work closely with you to coordinate all of your vendors and help to review your contracts. From helping with the layout and flow of your big day to creating a personal timeline. You will have a one time set up and breakdown team, help planning all of your logistics, a rehearsal with your wedding coordinator and staff to help execute your big day. We know planning a wedding can feel like a large task here at Yokayo we want to support your vision and create an event with ease and Precision. We look forward to hearing from you.

What's Included:

  • 2 Glamping Tents outfitted with a Queen bed

  • Option to have a rehearsal dinner of up to 50 People 

  • Option to have a post-event brunch or pool party with up to 50 people included

  • Lighting, PA System & Microphone

  • 2 reclaimed wooden bars

  • 40 rustic wooden benches (each bench seats 5 for the ceremony)

  • 3 x 8ft. folding plastic tables (behind bar, dj etc)

  • 6 hours pre-consultation time with the in-house professional wedding planner (phone, email & site visits) 

  • Day of event  set up of all tables, chairs for ceremony and reception

  • Rehearsal for your event with your wedding coordinator

  • Vendor referrals; with suggestions and guidance on making final decisions 

  • Assistance with transportation schedules, event timeline, and coordination of rehearsal ceremony

  • Day of coordinator; oversee décor placement for ceremony and execution of timeline, will work alongside all vendors with arrival and departure

  • Parking Assistance for the day of the event 

  • Exclusive use of our ranch and saltwater pool (during cooler temps, can be heated for an additional charge)

  • Campers Lounge/Campers Fire-Pit, Outdoor Showers

  • On-Site trash and recycling removal for caterers

  • Dance floor 

  • Restroom Trailer

Rent direct from us and save!

  • 22 rustic wood farm tables, each table seats 8-10 (used for reception and or dinner service) 

  •  50 wooden folding chairs (used for ceremony or dinner service) 

  • 150 Bistro Chairs

You may choose your own caterer and we have a list of recommended caterers as well as vendors .  You may choose a different caterer aslong as we are able to meet them first to discuss logistics that apply for the day of event.

Micro Wedding Rates​

We now offer micro-wedding packages for smaller groups.  These micro-weddings are offered during the off-peak season as well as peak season during midweek only.  Listed you will find the rates for both options.
